Golf at Trinity wrapped another season on August 23rd.

The season ended with a 4 person scramble. This year’s winners were Jim and Esther Leggett, Mindy Bisesi and Diana Morris. Second place were John and Fred Morris, Paul Vance and Troy Bisesi. Third were Gary Coffing, Bob Hollwager and Morgan Winget. Fourth place were Dave and Bob Tibbitts, Norm Hibinger and Ben Horner. Paul Vance also won “Rookie of the year”.

We had another great meal from our host and fellow church member Larry Lisic. His crew at Riceland Golf Club treated us to steak, salad, potatoes and green beans for our banquet. Thanks for everything Larry.

The league will start up again in the spring.

It is formatted as a 2 person scramble, playing with a different partner each week. A double par limit is in place, meaning a par 3 the most you can have is a score of 6.

Everyone is welcome from the well seasoned golfer to a beginner. So dust off your clubs and come out for some golf and fellowship.

The League runs 14 weeks at Riceland Golf Course Wednesdays at 4:30 p.m.
