Trinity Nursery School is now taking registrations for Fall  2010.

Priority is given to families currently attending our program and the congregation of Trinity United Methodist Church.

We have exciting news! Our academic year has been lengthened. Trinity Nursery School and Child Care Center will open on August 24, 2009 and close on June 3, 2010 and will follow the Orrville City Schools calendar. The seven additional weeks of Nursery School classes will provide teachers with the opportunity to expand on the Ohio Early Learning Content Standards and to offer children the optimum preparation for kindergarten. Child Care is available to extend the day.

Trinity Nursery School and Child Care Center adheres to the guidelines set by the National Association for the Education of Young Children and is licensed by the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services. Our developmentally appropriate curriculum emerges from the children's interests and activities while incorporating the Ohio Early Learning Content Standards.

This four-year old curriculum includes literature connections, prewriting activities and further exposure to creative art using a variety of mediums.

A five-day afternoon class is available for the child who will be five years old before August 1,2009 and not planning to attend kindergarten. This class will meet for two and one-half hours from 12:30-3:00pm. The curriculum expands on the preschool program by integrating problem solving, skills development, literature, art, science, math and music with play.

Trinity Child Care Center is available for families who require full day I half-day or hourly care. The hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 7:00am-5:30pm following the Orrville City Schools calendar.
